• 30-80 units schemes of apartments are preferable for ease and speed resale. We on occasion will look as smaller or larger schemes depending on the area, local market, and resale values
    • Selling values per square foot should well exceed the build costs for the area and demand for new build scheme should be high as to not saturate the market
    • For relevant commercial units on mix used schemes. We look to complement the development as well as the local area with the choice of business and licenses to provide the development with great immediate amenities within the complex. D2 space is preferable with A1-A3
    • Project timelines should ideally not exceed 18 months-24 months
