SARAH CROSSLEY

QUANTITY SURVEYOR AND CONSTRUCTION MANAGER

With more than 25 years in the building and construction industries, Sarah (MSc Project Management, Bsc (Hons) Construction) brings invaluable knowledge and a practical skillset to Amarok Property. Her extensive professional experience, including many years at Bowmer & Kirkland, spans from working with private clients and developers to providing commercial services to fund monitors on development schemes ranging up to 110 units and £25 million in value. At Amarok, Sarah heads our construction department and handles all construction-related matters, including measurement and estimating, valuation and cost control, pre-planning and budget costing, negotiation, fund monitoring, and contract administration.

DAVID DE MASSEY

MRICS CHARTERED SURVEYOR

David brings 20 years of property industry experience, having worked for Jones Lang LaSalle, GVA, DTZ, and Dunedin. The London-based MRICs Chartered Surveyor now serves as Head of Investment at Ian Scott International, in addition to being a partner at Amarok Property, where he is responsible for site acquisitions, valuations, and sales and marketing strategies. Throughout his long career, David has completed buyer and seller transactions of more than £1 billion worth of deals, including industrial, residential, and retail schemes. Two recent projects include the regeneration of Edinburgh Marina (6-years mixed scheme with a GDV of £500 million) and acting on behalf of a UK fund in the £285 million purchase of the GEM portfolio, involving three London hotels.
